Police Declare Two Wanted Over Ikoyi Woman’s Murder

According to the police, the suspects allegedly conspired with others to attack the victim, kill her and dispose of her body at an unknown location. They were also accused of taking away her personal belongings.

The Lagos State Police Command has declared two men wanted over the alleged murder of a woman in the Ikoyi area of Lagos.

The suspects, identified as Folawiyo Alagbado and Ajibola Obateru, are said to be based in Ibadan, Oyo State.

The command announced their wanted status in separate notices published on its official X account on Wednesday.

According to the police, the suspects allegedly conspired with others to attack the victim, kill her and dispose of her body at an unknown location. They were also accused of taking away her personal belongings.

The police said the incident occurred in Ikoyi, Lagos, and urged anyone with information that could assist in locating the suspects to contact the command.

The notices also contained descriptions of Alagbado and Obateru to aid their identification and arrest.

The command reiterated its commitment to bringing all those allegedly involved in the killing to justice.
