Mogul King Ochacho Gifts Peller and Jarvis ₦400 Million Mansion as Wedding Present

Lagos, Nigeria – August 2, 2026  — In one of the most extravagant wedding gifts to make headlines recently, billionaire real estate entrepreneur King Ochacho (Mohammed Odeh Adah) presented popular TikTok stars Habeeb Hamzat (Peller) and Elizabeth Amadou (Jarvis) with a luxury mansion valued at ₦400 million in Abuja’s upscale Life Camp area.

The surprise announcement came during the couple’s star-studded white wedding ceremony, tagged #JP2026, held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, in Lagos. The event drew a glittering array of celebrities, influencers, musicians, and socialites, including Nollywood actresses Iyabo Ojo and Eniola Badmus, socialite Cubana Chief Priest, singer Zinoleesky, content creators like Nons Miraj and Geh Geh, Fuji musician Sule Alao Malaika, and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.

While addressing the newlyweds and guests, King Ochacho, founder and CEO of Ochacho Real Homes, explained that the gift was inspired by his children’s admiration for Peller, whom they view as an inspiration to the younger “Ice King” generation. He revealed that he and his family traveled from Abuja specifically for the occasion.

“I and my family left everything we were doing in Abuja to come for Peller... So I rubbed minds with my sons and I asked them, ‘What can we do for Peller?’ They said, ‘Daddy, we want Peller to be staying close to Palace 7.’”

He noted that properties near his Palace 7 — a compound slated for his 50th birthday celebration — are valued at no less than ₦400 million. “Peller and Jarvis deserve the mansion,” he added, presenting the brand-new home on behalf of his family to loud applause.

The gesture fulfills an earlier public promise King Ochacho made months prior at the wedding of music executive Soso Soberekon, where he pledged financial support for Peller’s future marriage and jokingly promised “six zeros” after collecting the TikToker’s contact.

Peller and Jarvis’s relationship has been a public affair, captivating fans since their engagement in June 2026 at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Ghana. They followed with traditional marriage rites in Benin City, Edo State (where Peller paid the bride price), a court wedding in Lagos on July 29, and the grand white wedding on August 1.

The ₦400 million mansion was among several lavish gifts. Other highlights included a $20,000 cash gift from American entrepreneur Gregory Pizarro Jr., ₦10 million from Cubana Chief Priest, and additional contributions such as a plot of land reportedly valued at ₦150 million.

Social media has been abuzz with reactions to the generosity, with videos of the announcement going viral. Many have praised the mogul’s gesture and the couple’s high-profile union as a standout moment in Nigeria’s influencer and entertainment scene.

King Ochacho’s company, Ochacho Real Homes, is known for premium developments primarily in Abuja, with broader interests in hospitality and other sectors. The Life Camp property places the couple near the businessman’s own expansive Palace 7 estate.

As Peller and Jarvis embark on married life, the headline-grabbing gift underscores the significant influence and support the young creators have garnered from Nigeria’s business elite.
