Adekunle Gold, Young Jonn and Rema Feature on eFootball 2027 Soundtrack

Konami’s free-to-play football game eFootball has once again highlighted Nigerian music. The official 2027 season soundtrack includes two Afrobeats tracks: Adekunle Gold’s “Many People” and Young Jonn’s “Lalala” featuring Rema. These are the only Nigerian songs on the playlist.

The tracks

“Many People” – Adekunle Gold

This highlife-infused Afrobeats song, produced by The Kazez, delivers warm, communal energy that suits the game’s menus, training screens and match atmospheres. Adekunle Gold (born Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko) continues to blend traditional Nigerian sounds with modern production, and the placement gives the track wider global exposure. Official licensing confirms its inclusion on the eFootball 2027 soundtrack.

“Lalala” – Young Jonn featuring Rema

Young Jonn teams up with Rema on this catchy, upbeat collaboration. The infectious rhythm and strong vocal interplay make it a natural fit for the high-energy moments of eFootball. Both artists gain further international reach through the game’s large player base.

The two tracks sit alongside a diverse international selection that includes artists such as Alleh & Yorghaki and Arlo Parks. The full official soundtrack is available on Spotify under “eFootball 2027 Official Soundtrack.”

This is not the first time Nigerian artists have appeared in eFootball. The 2025 soundtrack featured Tems (“Me & U”) and Spyro (“Who Is Your Guy?”). The 2027 selections build on that recognition and reflect Afrobeats’ expanding role in global gaming and sports entertainment.

Placements in major titles like eFootball, which has hundreds of millions of downloads, offer significant visibility. Players hear the songs repeatedly while navigating menus or celebrating goals, turning the soundtrack into an effective discovery tool for new listeners.

Adekunle Gold’s soulful, culturally rooted style and the youthful energy of Young Jonn and Rema complement the game’s international feel. Their inclusion shows how Afrobeats continues to reach new audiences, from stadiums and streaming playlists to virtual pitches.

As eFootball 2027 rolls out its new season, Nigerian fans have an extra reason to play: the soundtrack now carries a clear Naija presence.
